Search Notes:

The database search function will ignore short and common words (like a, an, the, this, that, they, there). It will also ignore words common to this database. For example, if you search for bicycle, the search function will indicate zero results found. This is because the word bicycle is included in each and every law and a search is pointless.

Addtionally, not every term in your search phrase will be present in the laws. The search function will attempt to find laws with all terms in your search phrase, but such a law with all terms may not exist and the "next best" result will be returned (in order of score).
