This is a busy corner, where bicyclists consistently lock a dozen bikes to neighborhood and business fences. There is a need for many bike racks here! Existing racks on Homer are not enough. This is a very busy CTA station that can be accessed on the West side of Western as well as the east, so people are always looking for places to lock their bikes. Western Ave., at Homer. THANKS!
