Bloom Yoga Studio is located on Rockwell Street, across the street from the Brown Line "Rockwell" stop. On this particular strip of the street, we have a number of businesses besides ours, including a coffee shop, a photography studio, a dog groomer, a dry cleaners, two restaurants, a convenient store, a laudromat, an acupuncturist, a real estate agency, and a pub. We have both heavy foot and bike traffic that is not limited to people in the surrounding neighborhoods. We have clients who come from all parts of the city, via train, foot and bike. Not only are many of our clients looking to use a healthier form of transportation, like biking, but they also, are interested in being more economical and environmentally friendly. Now with the meters removed, our clients and neighbors do not have ample bike storage on the streets. In order to keep the sidewalks safe for the many families and pedestrians, we are asking for additional bike racks to be installed in front of our studio.
